I got a gift Bose wave soundtouch IV with pedestal from a friend but it can't connect to either bluetooth or wifi.
I have tried to factory reset it but the problem doesn't go away.
What should I do to make it connect to wifi or bluetooth?

The LED status is correctly lid according to instructions. Everything went smoothly until it will finish up the connection to my wifi. There was an error message. I forgot what it said but I will post the error message next time I set it up.
The message said : Can't connect. Something happened and we couldn't add the speaker to your Soundtouch account. Please try again later.
And then Exit Setup.

Let's perform a manual update of your speaker. You can do this by the following instructions.
After updating your system I would recommend in rebooting your router by disconnecting from power for 30 seconds.
In regard to Bluetooth connectivity, what happens when you press the Bluetooth button on the remote control? Can you not see the product in your Bluetooth list when attempting to connect via this source?

I cannot connect my Wave Soundtouch music system to the Bose Wifi nor can I connect the bluetooth. I have reset both pedestal and system but nothing works. CD won't play either. Any suggestions? Thanks
