Can I use the WAVE Radio/Disc as speaker for my smart TV?

We have a old WAVE II that I'd like to use instead of our Phillips' tv speakers - can I hard wire and run the sound through the BOSE WAVE?

Hi bigndfan175,

Thanks for posting in the Community!

This would depend on the connections that you have on your TV.  The easiest way to do this is to use the headphone output on the TV and connect an AUX cable to the Wave Radio.  If it doesn't have a dedicated headphone output, there may be a set of red and white RCAs labels as audio out.  This would work as well and you would need a 3.5mm stereo to dual male RCA cable.

If you're TV only has an optical/ARC output, then you would want to connect the cable mentioned above directly to the cable box's RCA output.
