I'm sorry to hear you are having issues with your Echo Input. So I can help further, can you please provide more clarification on the issue, and what you have attempted to troubleshoot the issue?
Additionally, if this is specifically an issue with the Echo device, you may get a faster resolution by contacting the Manufacturer.
