Frequent loss of connection to speaker

I am constantly having to re-connect my speaker to my WiFi.

 

Can you explain what is happening so that I can correct this?

Can you tell me what happens when you lose connection? Does the light on the back change color?

I am very annoyed with Bose. The Soundtouch IV is a very limited device that will only stream when your PC is still on.

 

I purchased a NAS just to get around this problem. 

 

Can you confirm that if I use iTunes, loaded on a Windows 10 PC, the Soundtouch IV will play nicely with MyCloud NAS.

 

The MyCloud NAS, which I have,  has a built in iTunes media player.

 

I would also like to work with only 1 support person. I have been playing with my set up for 5 days and I am fed up.
