Multi Cd

hi my multi disc changer has stopped  working properly and just clicks when a disc is inserted. The main unit works fine. Any solutions ?

Thanks for reaching out today and welcome to the Bose Community Forums.

 

I would love to assist you in getting this issue resolved, however, I really would need to know which specific system you have and the name of the disk changer that attaches to it. You can use this page here to type in the serial number of your system. This begins with SN and will be on the label either at the bottom or on the back of the system. This will then tell you the specific name of your device.
