Music Library

When I try to access my iTunes Music Library, I get the following message:

"Looks like your music library isn't available right now.  Please try again in a few seconds. (6304)"

Does anyone know how to correct this?

Thanks for your message. Sorry to hear about your difficulties using your computer's iTunes library, but we'd be happy to help. Is this the first time you're attempting to use the iTunes library, or have you previously used it? If previously used it with success, has anything recently changed? The more information that you can provide, the better. What operating system are you using?
