I have tried repeatedly online to get Bose to respond to my repair requests to no avail. Does anyone have advice on getting a response from Bose?

The 9 pin connector on the CD player which plugs into the wave radio is missing pins, therefore, will not operate. I am located in Pennsylvania, USA, and all the Bose stores are now closed.
