Please wait message

I've just received a new Wave Music System IV .  When connect a message reading Please Wait appears for a couple of seconds.  Then nothing

Thank you for posting and welcome to the Bose Community! Sorry to read that you are having some issues with your Wave system, I would love to assist further with this. 

 

Firstly, can you please let me know if you have the SoundTouch Pedestal connected to your Wave system? If so can you please ensure that the pedestal is securely connected to the Wave system. 

 

I would also recommend that we perform a reset on the Wave by disconnecting the power cord for 30 seconds. Once this is done, please test the system again.
