Thanks for posting and updating us on this Shuffer. Can you please confirm what internet router you have? If its 2.4ghz or 5ghz?
I would also recommend ensuring that you don't have Wi-Fi assist enabled in device settings.

Do you experience the same issue when connected wirelessly? if you have not yet tried it could you please do this.
The Wifi Assist can be located in the Cellular data area on your mobile device.
