Spotify can't connect

Recently I'm having trouble connecting Spotify to the speakers. Everytime I play a song it just stops after a few seconds and the connection is then cut. I'm considering convert Spotify to mp3 and play through Bluetooth offline now.

Have you tried any troubleshooting at all? Such as deleting and re-downloading the Spotify app. Do let us know the steps you have performed so we do not re-advise you.
