Unable to connect Wave Soundtouch to wifi

Hi there, i have been using my wave soundtouch system without any issues for over 4 years now. Over this weekend my wifi password had to be reset and all of a sudden my system isnt connecting to the Wifi. Neither am i able to detect the Bose wifi option on my mobile wifi settings nor am i able to install the system using the soundtouch app on my computer( i am seeing an “unable to detect device” message every time i try)

I have tried resetting my router, resetting the control button at the back while unplugging and replugging the bose link cable..nothing seems to work!!

How do i fix this pls! Not sure what happened out of the blue
