Wave Music System III

Purchases Wave III several years ago and has worked perfectly until very recently. CD 1 works correctly but when trying to play CDs 2-4 display shows Not Playable.

Hi Rparra, 

 

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. I am very sorry to hear that you are having this issue and would love to assist you further. 

 

Firstly, I would recommend that you perform a product reset this can be done via: 

 

  1. If there is a disc in the system, eject it whenever possible
  2. Turn the system off
  3. Disconnect the power cord from the back of the WMS. Wait 30 seconds
  4. Reconnect the power cord
  5. Retest the system

Please update me on the result of this.

Thanks Hector B. Tried that already. Still not working when trying to play CDs 2-4.

Have you attempted to remove the CD's and use different CD's to see if the issues still persist?
