The option was in the My Music Library selection
The current options are
It used to have Playlists -- which is not in this current version

Are you running this from a Mac or a Windows computer pulling your iTunes library?
If so, we are using the information provided by Apple (iTunes) to provide these options. If this has been removed by Apple we will not be able to have this as an option anymore. This was removed by the Apple update to iTunes and not by the SoundTouch update.
If you would like me to, I can submit a feature request to ask our developers to look into seeing if this can be brought back.
If any other users would like this, please let me know as I can submit a feature request on your behalf too.

Can I please confirm, are your playlists showing on the physical player outside of the SoundTouch app?
If so, please can you remove and then re-add the library to synchronize it again. To delete the library:
Once it has been deleted please can you sign out of the app and then sign back in before re-adding the library to your device.
