I have a wave music system and can'not hear the radio station.
when i press a station on the remote control I see "please wait" and nothing happens.
I changed the battary - no help. I bought a new remote control - does not work.
What shall I do? Please help.
I could not get help by your service in Israel.

I performed every thing you have suggested in the order you instructed.
The problem did not solve. I can not hear the radio. when I press Radio station on the remote control the screen showes the old "Please wait" (whic I started to hate...)

Was the Wave system a recent purchase? or have you owned it for a number of years?
With regards to the 'Please Wait' message, if the system is being used with a Bose link cable, (e.g, multi-disc player, DAB radio) the problem can be caused by a faulty ground connection. Disconnect the Bose link cable to see if this helps resolve the issue.
