Bose product name - series 3 CD 3000 AaWMS 111   230 UK

Country UK

Firmware Version

App Version

What devices were you using that were affected and what version are they on

The device is making clicks and pops at any time. It had previously been when walking nearby (vibration) but now happens on its own. It can be while the system is idle, or playing a CD or radio station.

Detailed description of the issue and steps to reproduce

i think the issue is internal and likely to be a poor connection in the electronics somewhere.

What environment do you experience the issue in. It is in a living room, and has never moved. It had a repair by Bose a few years ago when the CD mechanism was replaced.

When did you start to experience the issue? Did it work correctly previously?

It has worked for many years. This issue has started in the last few months.

Any troubleshooting steps you took

checked when it occurred, and found it was under any settings and use. Checked the power cable was fitted properly.

Hey there,

Thank you for reaching out to us!

I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing these issues with your wave system. I will be more than happy to help you!

Does the popping some like the CD is skipping?

I would recommend a reset for the system. You can do this by unplugging the system for 30 seconds and then plugging it back in.
