Bad call quality when Soundwear is connected to two devices

HI all,

I am testing the Soundwear right now. I use them for musik from my Mac OS X and calls from my iPhone X. 

From time to time calls get disturbed - my oppostite claims that the voice is extremely distorted.

If I disconnect the MAC it gets better but not perfect. 

Did you experience similar issues?

I also noticed that if I am connected with two devices (MAC and iphone) when a call comes in the Mac is switching between connected and disconnected status.

Hi Ditro, 

 

Thank you for writing in! Let's try clearing the paired Bluetooth device list from the SoundWear and performing a reset. Then, please try to re-pair just the phone to test the call quality. 

 

To clear the SoundWear:

  1. Make sure the system is on
  2. Press and hold the Bluetooth button for approximately 10 seconds
  3. A voice prompt (or tone) will indicate that the stored pairing list has been cleared. The button can be released

 

To reset the SoundWear:

  1. Turn the speaker on
  2. Press and hold the Multi-function button and Volume - button for 10 seconds
  3. Once complete, the Bluetooth indicator flashes blue, and a voice prompt prompts to select a language
