Bose Connect firmware update icon keeps spinning and never finds an update

 Hi i would like to know what the latest Soundware firmware is.
My connect app never seems to find one.

Hi, hope you're well. I've attempted many times to update my Soundwear Companion's firmware. It goes though the rather lengthy 0 to 100 progress bar and then after 99 percent it drops back to zero. Ugh! What is the problem? Firmware updates are often minor fixes of very focused issues. Few of them address real issues. But I do wish that you could at least download them.

Hi all,

Sorry to hear about the update issues with the SoundWear Companion speaker.  The current software version of the speaker is 1.2.3.  If you could try connecting the speaker to a computer with a micro USB cable, I'd like to see if we can update through our updater instead which can be found HERE
