Have a Companion 2 series ll when hooked up shows that there is no power to it. They have worked well for the last 5 years. Recently had the floor in the office replaced. Had to unhook computer, modem, printer and speakers till floor was done. Put all back together, every thing worked except the speakers. When I run a diagnostic test, it tells me that there is no power to speakers. Have tried different electric outlets with same result. Is there a chance that the power cord/transformer was damaged ? I am at a loss and have put a lot of time in trying various ideas trying to solve the problem with no luck. I need help.
