Soundwear Keeps Cutting Out

Hello, my Soundwear speakers keep cutting out. I thought it was because I was live-streaming over wifi but it does the same when listening to music that resides on my phone. I have tried restarting my phone, unpairing the devices, everything I could think of. These are way too expensive to be doing this after less than a year! Any ideas besides sending them in to be looked at?

Thank you for the post, and I'm sorry to hear about the issues you're having with your SoundWear.

 

Do you have the Bose Connect App installed on your phone?  If so, let's open it up, make sure the SoundWear is connected and see if there are any updates available.

 

Have you tried connecting the SoundWear to a different bluetooth device?  I wonder if there may be interference in the area.
