Hi, i just bought my boss companion and it's not working
I've tried to download the app. It's just got the 3 LED lights on. Is there a way to do it from my phone as my work computer is not allowed.

Welcome to the Bose Community! I'm sorry to hear about this and would be happy to look into this for you.
While you can't download the updater software to a mobile device, you may be able to use a friends computer or laptop.
Additionally, I would ask that you check the steps from this thread. These might provide an alternate way to solve your issue.

I was able to borrow a laptop from a friend. So far it seems to have updated the software. It took the blinking light down to 1. So it's been charging now almost an hour. It's at 4.5 right now. Which is better than earlier.
I'm hoping this will resolve it. Thanks for the fast reply!
