I updated to the new app version yesterday. Last night at 1:40am the alarm went off and nothing was set on the phone app. Could this possibly be related to the app update? - obviously, this is a major issue!

Thanks for writing in! This is certainly a strange issue, but I'd be glad to help!
When you mention the phone app, are you talking about the Sleep app or the native clock/alarm app on your mobile device?
Can you also try and uninstall and reinstall the Sleep app as well?

I'm referring to the Bose Sleep app on my phone. After this happened I reset the base and rebooted the phone and it hasn't occurred since. Still having trouble, however, with sound cutting out when laying on my side with the elastomer tips apparently squeezing closed. I've given these a full week and really want them to work but this issue will cause me to return them.
