I purchased my Hearphones directly from Bose with an order dated 3 Jan 2018. Not sure exactly when I received (a few weeks later?), at any rate by the end of March the casing surrounding the neck hoop began peeling off. At this point in time it's essentially like a peeled banana, both the inside and outside of the hoop. I contacted Bose customer service, no response. Anyone else have the same problem, if so, a suggested fix? I tried a dab of super glue, didn't hold the material. Thank you.
Have had mine since last year and have not experienced this problem. Please note that when working out/heavy activity I tend to use a cheap set of bluetooth buds instead of the hearphones.
Rather surprised no response from support. I'm sure you'll get one now from your post.
