None of those steps have worked. I know there are a bunch of us who still love this device and hope that you would do something to help us. Thank you.

Hope do you set your Bose sleep app updates to automatic? Thanks
I think they mean app updates on the phone, not just the Bose app.
It's in Settings, your Apple ID (at the top) , iTunes and App Stores, turn on App Updates
iOS 13.4.1 has been released and still no sleepbuds connection, to me this points more towards a Bose app issue now
Definitely a Bose App problem. Apple just fixed all Bluetooth connectivity problems with the new 13.4.1 update. Sleepbuds still DO NOT connect to iPhone 11.
Come on Bose, give us an update!
I’ve updated to 13.4.1 and the problem remains the same, the buds timeout when trying to connect
I’ve got the same problem as you guys. I’m pleased to see that Bose have acknowledged the issue and will resolve it. Myself and 30 colleagues are all shift workers in Air Traffic Control and a large percentage of us have the sleep buds to aid sleep during the day when we have to work Nights (yes - there are some people who don't have a problem with the batteries yet!) I’ve alerted all my colleagues with iPhone’s not to update until the fix is released but it was too late for some.
Come on Bose!
It seems that there is no Bose engineer to solve this issue although Andy (Community Manager) alleged Bose sleep app team working on software update. 😠
