Thanks for posting. I am sorry to hear about. The first thing I would recommend is trying to update the sleepbuds by following these instructions.

I did the update and no change.
One other thing I noticed last night is that the left bud was at 100% when I began using them. I checked maybe 5 minutes after putting them in and it was already down to 48%.
Any other suggestions?

I called the support number and will be exchanging them.
This will be my 3rd pair of sleepbuds since mid November.
I do really love the sleepbuds but I am also very disappointed in the quality. It is not what I expect from a brand like Bose.
Fingers crossed the 3rd time is the charm!
