I just purchased these about 1 week ago. Unfortunately the left earbud constantly disconnects and this defeats the entire purpose of purchasing the sleepbuds. Please help, as of this moment this product is completely unreliable.

Thank you. I did that and it improved the stabality greatly. It still disconnects but not a frequently. There still needs to be a fix for the disconnects
Try this, hope it will fix the issue. Cause once I faced the same issue and then this process helped me to fix it.
Uninstall the Sleepbuds app from your phone
Reinstall the Sleepbuds app and try again
