Sleep Buds Disconnect during night and are Super sensitive to connect to begin with... HELP
Hello.. I write for my frustrated wife. I am the reason she needs these sleep buds, so I want to be able to find her a solution, and fast...
Since receiving her earbuds, they’ve been very, very temperamental on connecting to begin with. Both charging and connecting, it seems if they aren’t positioned in the case by half a millimeter to one direction, they won’t connect or charge. When I’m next to her on a particularly bad night of sawing the largest of logs at 3am, she’ll scream in frustration when trying to get them to connect. That issue however, is less concerning, and she’s some how getting used to this.
NOW, The sleepbuds have been disconnecting in the middle of the night. She awoke to find that it has disconnected, so she takes them out, replaces them in the case, to reconnect. They reconnect and are replaced in her ears, only to work for about ten minutes before disconnecting again.
Please help. My snoring has has been the elephant in the room, and I’m working on losing weight to help. But in the meantime, these sleepbuds have been the only thing keeping us sleeping in the same bed together. Any assistance?? Ideas? Do we have faulty sleepbuds, or is there an update sent that we missed? I’ll do anything..
