Thank you for posting and welcome to the community.

 

I'm sorry to see the app is unable to detect the Sleepbuds.

 

Can you try uninstalling the app from your mobile device, then update the case by going to btu.bose.com via a computer with a USB cable. Once this has been completed re-download the app and try pairing them on your mobile device again.

Plus sometimes it takes a couple of tries (just follow the on-screen instructions).
