The Bose Community Forum was launched at a time when robust online support was not available for Bose customers. Over the past several years we have added new online service channels that provide a more interactive and complete digital experience. Additionally, we have enhanced the My Bose Account capabilities to deliver a more personalized and self-service experience. As a result, Bose has made the decision to close Community Forum for Consumer electronics products on September 30th. The Bose Pro portion of the Community will still operate as usual.

Please visit our support homepage to experience one of our many other digital service channels or simply use your Community log-in credentials to sign in to your My Bose Account to view your orders and view support options.

Thank you to all who have contributed and benefited from interacting in our Community. We look forward to continuing to serve you online.

The future of Hearphones

I’ve been a satisfied Hearphones user for six months now… so satisfied that I hardly ever use my nearly-new Phonak Hearing Aids. My only concern now is that this product is successful enough that Bose doesn’t abandon it somewhere down the line. I don’t really expect Bose to issue any sort of definitive statement about this in this forum, but just so you know, I already have a hard time living without this device, and would really be disappointed if I had to go back to using plain old Hearing Aids. Of course, these might get better in the future, but Hearphones really excel at audio streaming, workplace noise cancelling, voice/VOIP apps, and of course “conversation enhancing.” No hearing aid I’ve seen (and I’ve seen and tried many of the latest ones) comes close.

Re: The future of Hearphones

I so agree...there are times where they didn't charge over night or I misplaced them...I am just frantic without them. Also pairing is it and miss.
