Thank you for reaching out to the community, and sorry to hear about the trouble you're experiencing. For clarification, you have tried to click and drag the volume slider within the Bose Sleep and it does not move or adjust audio?
Can you please try uninstalling the app, and re-installing?

Thank you for the update. Can you provide a screenshot of what you're seeing if that is possible?
Also, just for troubleshooting purposes, can you test the Sleep app and Sleepbuds with another mobile device?

Itried to control the volume using the app installed in my Lenovo android tablet - could not control the volume using the app as well.
