Whistling feedback in both ears

Hello, Great product so far (after first day).

What is the cause of a high pitch whistle in one or both ears? Can it be mitigated?

Thank you for joining the Bose Hear Community.  I'm sorry about the whistling feedback. The most likely cause of this is a fitting issue with the StayHear+ Eartips.  Have you tried all the different sizes?

Thanks, changing to a better fitting size of earbud has fixed the problem.
