Why is there no app for Mac?

I wear my hearphones at work all day long.  I really like them.  I am able to go to meetings and hear the quiet talkers in the room.  Thanks!

One of the downsides is that I also participate in online conference/video calls.  Since there is no app for my Mac, I have to remove my hearphones and don a regular headset.  I would definately like to use my hearphones instead.

Re: Why is there no app for Mac?

Hi tshibao,

It's great to hear you are enjoying your Hearphones.

You don't need the app to connect to your Mac.

You should be able to connect (pair) them. See notes below.

Once the two devices are paired, if you conferencing software supports working with a Bluetooth headset, you should be able to use your Hearphones for your calls.

Does that help?

Pairing a Bluetooth device

With the headphones powered on, press and hold the Power/Bluetooth® button until you hear “Ready to pair” or you see the Bluetooth indicator blinking blue

On the Bluetooth device, turn on the Bluetooth feature. The Bluetooth feature is usually found in the settings menu

Select the Bose Hearphones from the device list. Once paired, you will hear “Connected to” or the Bluetooth indicator will glow solid white
