Americans reportedly got 26.3 billion robocalls last year.
I have my Android phone set for a default ringtone of silent.
Only my contact list has audible ringtones and only my list of (starred/favorites) are allowed to ring thru since I have my settings set for do not disturb (priority only)
The fly-in-the-ointment is my Hearphones.
Since at least 8 out of 10 my incoming calls are unwanted spam/robocalls, I do not want any of these to ring thru to my hearlhones EVER - PERIOD - END OF SUBJECT !!!
As things are now when one of these come in my phone stays silent but the hearphones pause my audible content (often podcasts) until the phone gives up ringing.
My phone usually is in my pocket & it's easier to let it time-out than drag it out & reject the call.
Can a future release respect my wishes in the phone settings & not allow unwanted calls to give alerts & pause my content?
I hope others will chime in with their thoughts.
Thanks for listening!
