I have done some tests on the outside, since inside it has no cuts. In open spaces is where there are more cuts, and believe it has to do with the rebound of the signal that is transferred from the right ear to the left. If you are on a narrow street there are practically no cuts. A test of what I say could be done by placing the cupped hand near the right earphone, without touching it, when you are in an open space and the signal is cut, doing this you will see that the signal recovers at the moment because it bounces on our hand. All this indicates that surely it is a hardware failure that will hardly be solved with a software update. I'll wait a bit to return them to see if they offer us some solution, but it's a shame because the sound is very good.
