I had problems with WiFi at work and the update just hung, as many people wrote. The solution described here did not work. My solution was: 1. I removed the device from my mobile in account in the Bose Music app. (Under Account - devices) 2. Reset the speaker by holding Volume - also AUX simultaneously for 10 sec. With the Power in. Connected to one 4G WiFi router device on my mobile. Went through the setup on my Bose Home 300 speaker and connected to this wireless network. Then the update worked and everything was fine :) It took about 10 min.
