Hi pruscoe,   Do you and your neighbor share Spotify accounts? If so, do they have any Bose devices which use Spotify Connect? If not, they can resolve this issue by revoking Bose access on their Spotify account. Hi KenGonzales32,   There are typically multiple variations of the same code which correspond to different product lines for that brand. After programming the code 0060, did you press the volume + button, then check functionality of the remote? If the remote still did not control the TV, press the volume + button again and re-test. Continue doing this until all variations of the code have been tested.   Also, are you connecting the TV to the system via HDMI? Do you have any other devices connected to the system via HDMI? Hi nirs,   Have you attempted to reboot the console using the instructions below?:   Keep the TV and control console on  On the control console, press and hold Source and Power for ten seconds. The TV and the console will turn off.  Release the buttons. The LED on the console flashes white  Once the LED turns solid amber, press Power on the control console. The LED flashes white again while the system turns on and reboots  Wait for the LED to turn solid white before retesting the system    Let us know if that helps at all and we can take it from there if needed! Hi Bogeyman007,   You can set the favorites via either the SiriusXM website/application itself, or the SoundTouch application. To do so in the SoundTouch application there should be a heart icon in the bottom left hand side of the station artwork when you have a station playing. Hi Nordes,   Due to the protective nature of .m4p files, these will not be available within the SoundTouch application. Since these files contain DRM protection these can only be used within Apple device or applications, .m4a files are supported as they do not contain this DRM protection.   If you have an iTunes Match subscription you may be able to convert the .m4p files to .m4a which are supported outside of the Apple suite of devices and applications.   Regards, -Michael ... All versions of the SoundTouch 20 are dual-voltage, ranging from 100-240v 50/60Hz. Hi ashi_maha,   When you take a look at the back of the pedestal, there should be an LED light there, do you see this light? If not, remove the Boselink connection from the pedestal to the top portion of the radio and check for any damages to the pins on the end of that cable. Do you see any broken/bent pins or any damages to that cable? Instructions for the factory default can be found below: Restoring factory defaults   If the factory default still does not allow the system to connect to the network, what version of the SoundTouch 20 would you own? If the system supports Bluetooth it would be a series III, if it supports AirPlay it would be a series I or II. Hi DXBST30,   If the SoundTouch 30 III is purchased in the US, it would be compatible with 100-120v from the wall outlet. Saudi Arabia power outlets provide 127v or 220v of electricity, which is what most likely damaged the system.   I would recommend contacting your local support center for service options.
