Saying in the same post, in the space of a few sentences “feedback is being heard” and then “we cannot guarantee all requests will be implemented” is what’s maddening about how you treat your customers. Sounds like a canned response to me. I remember years ago when some exciting new services were being promised and only a couple have been added since. Sooo disappointed. My first Bose purchase and no doubt the last. Empty promises is all we got. Not holding my breath for this

Agreed. My setup hasn't changed at all so why are you guys at Bose asking me to troubleshoot my unit or router makes no sense. It's no doubt linked to a botched firmware a couple of releases ago as I did not have any such issues before those.

I'm experiencing the same exact issues you have described since the last couple of updates. Soooo frustrating that Bose cannot figure this out and won't offer a solution. My sountouch 20 sounds great for its size but Bose software expertise or lack thereof is truly maddening

For the first time I'm also experiencing the same exact issue. Bose, you need to get your act together, hardware you sell isn't cheap. Is it possible that updates always break something that worked fine before the update was released? On top of that, Safari on Mac and iPhone won't let me log into this board as I've already mentioned in the past so clearly you guys need to work on fixing your discussion board as well. Gee!

Forgot to add that this seems to have broken the widget app as it now says "you don't have a speaker set up yet". The speaker was in fact already setup before the update. What gives?

Thought it may help you to know that on apple.com it says AirPlay 2 may require a software update to existing speakers or new hardware depending on speaker manufacturer. Please let us know if the ST I speaker will be compatible with AirPlay 2 through a software update. Thanks, PS I cannot find the Q&A thread for the AMA event this friday. Can you provide the link?

I don't hate the new app even though there are many rough edges but I hope with a couple of updates and listening to this community's feedback you will get it right. What worries me the most is the few music services sound touch is currently supporting. This is really disconcerting as VTuner is substandard and leaves a lot to be desired. Yes, it's got a lot of radios from all over but good luck in finding one that works and stream with decent audio quality. granted, Bose is not at fault for the many disservices brought by vtuner but you guys have put all your eggs into this one basket so some of the blame must lie with you. Do you expect me to search for a station and pray and hope it will stream?!? Please add new services, both paid and free. How about Tune in radio, Apple Music, Google play music etc. You've been saying new services were coming but the list of music services has remained lackluster at best and is still very disappointing. Please show us you care with actions, not words A disappointed Soundtouch buyer

yes, you are correct, the station is "The Mix 101.9" I don't understand why you did not test the link I provided which is the associated link on Vtuner.com and which works fine. Can you please check that? Also, why isn't that link working on the Soundtouch app? Please help. Thanks

As in the subject line, this radio station no longer plays in my soundtouch 20 unit. I get the loading wheel for a while and then after a while it says "Select a preset or explore music on the Soundtouch app" Fact is this is already one of my presets. If I go to the vtuner page for this station it plays fine What gives? http://208.80.54.39/WTMXFM_SC Please help. Don't know what to do, it's quite frustrating when a station plays on vtuner in the browser and somehow not on the soundtouch.
