Hi Simon, Did you delete the Soundtouch 10 in your phones known bluetooth device list? As I don't know what kind of phone you have, on an Apple iPhone i can choose an option to "forget this device" and the pairing process starts completely from the beginning like with any other new device. Hi Bjoern, I've just tested to preset different type of Spotify Premium playlist to my presets. I have Spotify family and three accounts setup in the Bose app, there is no problem to assign a Spotify playlist to any of the presets within the Bose app or use the Spotify app and choose for example one of the daily mix lists and go back into the Bose app and asign that one to a preset. I tried the adding on my Notebook as well as on my iPad, both no problem. Have you tried to delete the Spotify account in the Bose app and add it again? Best regards, Central

Hi @ilaria luce, To remove your Spotify account from Soundtouch go to: Settings -> Music Services -> Spotify -> "YourUserAccountName" and click the "Remove Account" After that you have to add your account again ... Hope that helps. Best reagards, Central

Hi @Brandon_M, Installed "Clean my Mac", reinstalled with the failing vesion (still failed to start), uninstalled then with Clean my Mac. System restart. Redownloaded the app and installed -> it works now. I don't know what the heck the problem was - but it is solved now :-) (Uninstaller is there now as well :-) ) Thanks for you help Cheers, Central

Hi @QuilpieGuy, Did you uninstall the previous version of Soundtouch and tried the latest installer from the Bose website? This problem occurs with the latest installer I downloaded. If you still have the previous installer as backup you could try uninstall and then use the latest one from the web .... could be risky though ... Cheers, Central

Hi @Brandon_M, It was a clean install with removing the previous app with Soundtouch uninstaller. This is for sure after installing/upgrading to macOS 10.13.4. Since this new version Bose does not provide an uninstaller anymore .... (or is the uninstaller hidden somwhere?) I do have mobile devices so I still can control my speakers, but mostly I use my Laptop for it. Cheers, Central

Hello Bose Team, With the latest Bose Soundtouch app (SoundTouch-app-installer-18.1.4-2009-4d9c32f.dmg) Soundtouch does not work anymore on the latest mac OS Version (10.13.4 - 17E199). Clean install App crashes while starting, no more Soundtouch on my Mac :-( Any suggestions how I can solve this and use my system again? Regards, Central

Hi aniven, Unfortunately only Kindle Fire models can connect to 5GHz WiFi, Kindle paperwhite and older support only 2.4 GHz. We use our iPads for Kindle. Our Brother Printer and all our iDevices, FireTV and the Panasonic TV do support 5GHz Networks. I have no idea why at least your phones don't see the 5GHz network. If you need the 2.4 Network, you could at least try for a day or so on only 5GHz to see if you do have the problem with your ST10 on 5GHz as well. Cheers, Central

That is funny, we don't have any more WiFi problems since switching completely to 5GHz and disabling 2.4 GHz. 2.4 was to crowded with ours plus 10 neighbour networks. If it is not too much work - try to go to full 5GHz and disable 2.4 Cheers, Central

Hi Peter, On the WD MyCloud you have to enable the music server. Depending on which kind of MyCloud you have there are different media servers. On more modern ones it will be a special version of Plex Media Server. Check the WD support pages. The same is for your PC, if you want to stream the library (the copy of your iTunes) the PC must run a media server like Plex/MinimServer or just use your PC with the original iTunes library. If you have a server running, then we have to check your config a bit further ... Cheers, Central

Hi there Jens Mewes, I have the same issue withmy ST 10 & ST 20 (cable connection) but at the moment I'm not sure if it is the Speaker or a stream error with TuneIn (only noticed this with Radio). If I switch to another station the speaker works again imediately, the station that failed does not ... I did not try a power cycle with any of the speakers to see if the station works again after that. So at the moment I'm not convinced it is the Speaker - but it could be, very frustrating not to get a signal that the stram is gone (in the app for example) ... Best regards Central

Hi BoseThraxx, I can confirm this behaviour and it is not normal. Until V18 it was always recomended to create the group with the Bose app and then chose the group in Spotify connect to play to all and volume workd for all. So now unfortunately it can be a Spotify bug (because of the new Bose app) or a Bose bug (because of the new Bose app) I hope a mod reads this and can clarify this for us ... Cheers, Central

Hi there, I guess your search is case sensitive now (try search with the exact word like "Sufi" in your example). Unfortunately you'll find lots of reports about this but Bose is trying to sit it out and ignores it. The mods are telling they pass it on to development and engineering and that is it.

Hi there :-) This sounds like your router is broadcasting WiFi on 5 & 2.4 GHz with the same SSID (Network name of the WLAN). The easyest would be to turn off 5 GHZ or 2.4 GHz so that only one network is "On Air". As you didn't provide any information on your network, that is the simplest solution I can think of at the moment. Hope this helps Cheers, Central

Hi @Brandon_M, Thanks for your reply. I've just checked with Google Chrome (Version 64) and Firefox Quantum (Version 59) to play RTE 2 (MacBook, macOS 13.3.4 beta). Even in TuneIn you have to put it in exactly ( RTÉ 2fm) - perfect on both browsers, no problems with the mobile apps at all (on iOS) Please test again with 2FM on your browsers, must work as well :-) Thanks for your testing. I've just postponed my investment in Bose products so far and got me a Beyerdynamic DT-1990, a ifi Audio IDSD nano black and a Pioneer XDP-30R DAP instead. And I won't invest in Bose equipment until they fix a few major problems that persists now for a very long time. There are enough music toys out there for me to overcome my desire to upgrade my multiroom setup :-)
