Hi Brandon, The simple fact that Bose does not plan to role out the Sound Touch Control to the rest of the world proves the point, I cannot play Presets etc. Why would Bose create a two tier system where the US gets everything and the rest of the world only gets part of the whole package. I think I pay the same if not more for your products. Begining to wish I had not stuck with Bose and gone with Sonus. You have not answered my other points around Spotify support?? I have always recommended Bose to anyone who wanted a superior sound experience, I would now have to qualify that recommendation with a warning around the rubbish software.

Hi Bose, Having speant Circa £4000 on Bose equipment, I am very dissapointed in the level of Bose comittment to customer satisfaction. My wife is visually impaired and the sales assitant told us that the system would be controlable via the Soundtouch App and that the App would work with the phones accessability function. In fact !!!, the only way my wife can play any music is to use the Spotify App, which incedently always finds the speakers- Perhaps you should employ their developers. We were also told that Alexa integration would be availalbe soon, I suppose 4 months is soon in Bose terms. Then you release it in the UK and we have a half litre version whist the US has the full 25 litre gerry can. Why would tyou enable Amazon Music, Pandora, TuneIn, SiriusXM, and iHeartRadio and leave out Spotify. I use Spotify because it is far superior to Amazon Unlimited. Are there any plans to release the full versions of both skills to the UK? or are we, once again going to be poor relations????? As commented by other posts, Great sound, rubbish software, which really ruins the experience.
