Hi, It’s looks like you’re cleverly want to clear Inventory of Lifestyle 650 system OmniJewel satellite speakers. Since there are very less buyers who want to invest 4500 EUR, instead in much lower price you could best sounding Home Theater with Dolby Atmos , DTS-x or much more options. Nice tricks Bose. By the way it’s almost 5 years old design and smart move to fool customers buy selling non moving products inventory.🙄🙄😬😬😬 Same old product in new package. Legendary Bose good at marketing cheap product at high prices and artificial boosting values. What is the real benefit of not buying Bose Surround speakers and buying doubled 700 Surround speakers.

Hi Joe C, If you think i am not telling truth, please go and check yourself. I don’t think i have iPhone7 plus running on latest (iOS 12.3.1)is much different that Bose using when in test. I am sure this problem is there. It is just Bose don’t want to understand deeply and thinks not worth to solve. I have enough of Bose customer service already. My previous issues they did not solve. It not this tablet, that iPhone issues.

Hi Jeff_G, I have tried to sign out then sign in back into the Spotify, and same issues. That it doesn’t play any song or skips to next songs possible or does nothing. Yes to go back to Spotify connect working, first i need to disconnect AirPlay 2, then connect to iPhone speakers, then finally Spotify connect. But direct connection from AirPlay 2 to Spotify connect not possible. Also i forget to mention in previous post about software update feedback on AirPlay 2:(version 4.09)- 1. changing songs to selected takes about 3-4 seconds or doing skip forward also. This is not the case in Spotify connect. 2. After some standby time and to continue listen from where left : Soundbar 700 is not by default remain connected to AirPlay 2 as it was left to point or songs listened to or paused. It is by default goes back to Spotify connect and starts where Spotify connect was last time . Then always manually connect to AirPlay 2 and go search songs last time played . I think if i would like to remain connected to AirPlay 2 as long as i do not want to change would be better. Matter of convince and common sense Thanks

Hi Anne_S, Thanks for an update. 1.I could see it is much faster and improved in terms of responsiveness. Ok still few seconds of waiting for change over from Spotify Connect to AirPlay 2 connected in Spotify app. But it is acceptable. 2. Alexa listens while AirPlay 2 in action. Only problem I can experience and like to report here: Switching from AirPlay 2 back to Spotify connect doesn’t work and here in Spotify app shows Sound bar is connected via Spotify connect but it doesn’t play current song; but only keeps skipping to next tracks in endless loop. This means problem of switching back to Spotify connect from AirPlay 2 don’t work. ( track keeps changing to next but no sound or no track progress). What would you say? Thanks for fixing other problems, but reverting doesn’t work.

Hi Andy_B, I have also experienced cracking sound while watching movies, from RH Surround speaker. I thought it is just problem with one movie. But i hear it in other content i have played so far. Hi Bose, My wish that, you could provide multiple AdaptiQ settings/ profiles storing options. So that user could have AdaptiQ having done for multiple configurations ,rooms, positions and switch on to desired one when wanted. After all it is software thing. Currently option of switching on or off is possible. But my suggestion , so that switching to another room , layout, it doesn’t have to do again, Thanks

Hi Hector B, It is not same quick as Spotify Connect. Also added Bose Soundbar into MAC Filter list: 1. Spotify connect doesn’t work. 2. Soundbar is not Connected in Bose Music App. Only AirPlay works Thanks

Hi Hector B, Sorry, actual culprit is MAC Filter enable, not the WPS disabled. But remove the Bose sound bar from Filter list Again becomes slow and Buggy. With Soundbar in the filter , AirPlay Performance improves. Thanks

Hello Hector_B, As per suggestions, i have tried all, but still problem persists. This means Bose released unfinished AirPlay 2 software update. With Spotify connect absolutely no issues ( on same wifi, same settings). Please go back to your drawing board and check yourselves. Please suggest. Thanks

Hello Bose, I have Bose700 eco system. Recently using AirPlay 2 from Spotify and has lots of lag and bugged: 1. From Spotify or Music app- there a big lag of connecting. Change to next track takes few seconds. It is not the case when playing through Spotify connect. It does take more time to accept command in app. 2. once music stopped or paused, it does not come back again instantly and few tries of apps closing and reopen. Even some time on iPhone track is progressing but no sound from Soundbar 700 or comes to life after some minutes of silence. Connection is not seamless. It does feel lot of lag. 3. Response of Alexa when Music playing via AirPlay 2 from music app or Spotify: i have to scream at her to recognise it is listening or doesn’t work at all (Even from 1 foot distance in room) . But with Spotify connection i don’t have to scream at her. She listen to commands even i am in other rooms ( few of walls in between) works great. With AirPlay it is Krapp. 4. Finally words: it has lots of delays in response and buggy. AirPlay 2 is not perfect here. Are you planning fix this with an update? Sorry for my bad English. iPhone 7 Plus ios 12.2 Bose Soundbar 700+Bass Module 700+Surround ( in Europe) Spotify 8.5.2.666 Wifi connection speed 120 mbps. Wifi strength : Good (-49dBm) value from Bose app. All firmware’s and apps are upto date.

Hi, What does center channel adjustment does in SoundTouch app? . Does it reduces other channels sound /surround sound and independently increases absolute volume of center channel and keeping other channel volume same.

Hi Brandon, Yes with Bluetooth, and ARC have similar hollow sound of dialogue. I do not see Bass / Treble settings in SoundTouch app. Please tell me where can I find these. Room size: length x breadth: 3 meters x 2.7 meters. No there no other space to put AM300. Moving away from wall reduces bass.

Hi Brandon, I have ST+AM+VI 300 and after Adaptiq dialogue in movies so dull. I could barely make it out. Without ADAPTIQ dialogues are little better but then no Surround effect. I did reset, then Adaptiq. Current firmware of ST 18.0.11. What a medicore product you made. Literally no user control on settings. Either software will decide the sound or without Adaptiq just listen to pathetic quality. What could be the solution after spending 1800 euros. I wet through community post and did what suggested to fix . But upto now WOWW sound from my system. Either muffled dialogue, low bass , low highs. Every time something is missing with each Adaptiq or without it. I wonder you people know your product better or just dumped unfinished product take up up SONOS , Yamaha. Instead if standard reply of reset , redo Adaptiq blahhhh. My sincere request please give the solution or send Bose audio expert to home to really understand and fix it.
