I had the same problem, except it happened day one (yesterday). The case light is on indicating they have charged. Yet they are now at 20%, also 9/10 times the left earbud doesn’t even connect. I have to manually click its button to get it to work. Reading these forums are a joke, Bose support is garbage. They tell you basically “have you tried cleaning the contact points” and after that “see your local Bose”. What awful support, lucky for me I can return them to bestbuy. I highly recommend you don’t buy these garbage buds that cost $200 from a company that doesn’t bother to try and actually help. I will never buy Bose again.
