Ok, I used the wrong word. It isn't "certified" it was "compliant" to correct myself. Yes, that is what I was talking about and yes there is a product 2 in fact both put out by IsoTunes. IsoTunes Pro and IsoTunes Xtra wireless headphones are claiming this in their descriptions of the products. I found this to be a very important factor for industrial, construction, lawn mowing, welding, metal working etc...for safety purposes alone. If someone is near you and is talking to you it is best you know they are there and drowning out background noises is the best way to ensure it. Honestly, I am wondering if it is best to wear them just because of this as without them you may not hear the person standing next to you at all, over all that machinery running. I sometimes have a hard time hearing the person standing in front of me just in my welding class over the exhaust blowers. I had this issue in an office too, with printers and fax machines and people talking around me, I couldn't hear the person on the phone. I have very good hearing and pick up a lot of sounds, which makes it worse because sometimes I feel deaf when I have to ask the person in front of me 2 to 3 times what they said and still don't get it and just nod or smile.

In other words are they OSHA approved. This would be a great selling point for industrial applications. A competitor has regular bluetooth earbuds that are, but they don't have the hearing of the Hearphones. So I was wondering about that.
